A founding member of NBP, Dan Jund has served the past 5 years as the Managing Partner and Chairman for National Benefit Partners. Prior to help starting NBP, Dan assumed responsibility for Transamerica’s start-up Worksite Marketing Company in 1990 developing an innovative Universal Life product with Living Benefits, including Long Term Care and Critical Illness. Sales Growth – from less than 1 Million in sales in 1990 to 80 Million + by year-end 2001.
Frank Doherty

A founding member of NBP, Frank Doherty has served the past 5 years as the Managing Partner and CEO for National Benefit Partners. Prior to help starting NBP, Frank started his own distribution agency in the Eastern half of the United States for Transamerica Worksite Marketing. Averaging 35% compound annual sales growth for the next 10 years and generating more than two hundred sixty million dollars in new premium, his success became the impetus and model upon which National Benefit Partners was created.
Paul LaRoche

Active in the voluntary benefits marketplace for over 27 years, Paul Laroche has served the past four years as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for National Benefit Partners. Prior to joining NBP Paul held senior officer positions with Chubb, Concord General Life and Baltimore Life. While at Baltimore Life he developed and implemented a business strategy creating a new sales division and voluntary benefits distribution channel which grew to nearly 100,000 insured’s over a 6 year period.
George Thomas

Active in the voluntary benefits marketplace for over 17 years, George Thomas has served the past four years as Vice President of Sales Development for the Western Region of National Benefit Partners. Prior to joining NBP George was a Regional Vice President for Transamerica Worksite Marketing, growing new business sales from $4 million to $11 million within three years time frame.
Sandy Tarpley

Active in the voluntary benefits marketplace for over 24 years, Sandy Tarpley has served the past four years as Vice President of Sales Development for the Southern Region of National Benefit Partners. She began in 1986 with Great Southern Life as an enrollment coordinator and eventually became the first Female Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She went on to work at Provident and Transamerica Worksite Marketing in similar roles.
